Returns or exchanges are allowed if the product is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
Returns can be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Kindly take a photo of the product and send it to us, including the city, address, and order number, for replacement if the product is damaged, has a specific defect, or is not as agreed upon.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our product page on the website.
We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product use that are not mentioned on our product page.
A 30% fee will be deducted if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defects or problems as mentioned.
