When will my order arrive?

The delivery time depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent responsible. We offer a selection of shipping agents in major cities, and typically, orders take between one to three days from order placement and confirmation to arrive.

Is international shipping available?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver orders within the country and in select cities listed on the delivery page. All cities serviced by the shipping company representative are shown there.

You may request international shipping through our store’s team via WhatsApp, where we’ll provide information on product weight and prices for international shipping agents not currently registered with the store.

Is there a defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy for terms on returns and exchanges. If there is a manufacturing defect and a return is agreed upon, the shipping cost to the company is covered, and return shipping costs will apply to the customer per the return policy.

As for the product value, it is not charged to the customer according to the return policy.

I’d like to order in bulk. Are there discounts?
